We’re looking for a maintenance engineer to join our Assembly Operations in Banbury. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on maintenance and technical support to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help us hit key performance targets while driving innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day maintenance support on shift to ensure plant uptime and optimal performance
  • Diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and supporting installations of new equipment
  • Using and improving our CMMS system to track maintenance activity
  • Participating in plant audits, root cause analysis (8D, A3), and process improvement initiatives
  • Using escalation procedures to flag downtime, quality issues, or safety concerns
Experience and Qualifications
  • Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • IOSH trained or committed to health & safety best practices
  • Strong communicator with good decision-making skills
  • Experienced with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance processes
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and familiar with technical documentation
  • Someone who is proactive, safety-conscious, and highly organised
  • A natural problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
