Were looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team in Aston Clinton. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our advanced blow molding machinery, helping us deliver top-quality, sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead on maintenance tasks and collaborate with a team to keep production running efficiently

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow molding machinery

Troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively, minimising downtime

Ensure accurate maintenance records and compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Work closely with other engineers and departments to support seamless operations

Deliver planned maintenance and repair work across all plant and site equipment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Maintenance Engineering experience in the UK

Strong knowledge of blow molding equipment preferred (extrusion, injection, or stretch)

Recognised engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Good understanding of health & safety and environmental standards

A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude

Must have the right to work in the UK we are unable to offer visa sponsorship
