An established industry player is seeking an Operation Maintenance Manager to lead and enhance electronic repair workshops. As part of our business, we repair electronic boards we develop to be integrated into our own equipment. The role requires one individual to take ownership of our 9 electronic repair workshops and professionalize them to the next level. We currently use state-of-the-art equipment and repair a massive amount of boards. Nevertheless, lots of them can't be repaired as more time is needed to investigate and identify the causes of the fault. The role is to coordinate the workshops, improve what has already been done, identify constraints and practices, make changes, check performance, adapt, deploy, and keep the pace in order to improve quality and boost production. At the same time, coordinate the day-to-day activities and ensure workshops are well supplied and staff well trained.
