Job description

Overview

Maintenance Electrician (Solar Farms) – Cambridge, with bases in Northampton, Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonuses (up to £10,000) + Vehicle + Progression + Pension + Excellent Holidays + Overtime.

The Role

• Inspection and reporting on operations across solar farms.
• Routine maintenance on electrical installations.
• Fault finding on electrical components.
• Working with and managing external subcontractors to complete maintenance tasks.

There is additional training on high voltage equipment with opportunities to progress into more senior positions such as SAP or Regional Team Leader as the company continues to grow.

The Person

• Experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Solar equipment or commercial/industrial electrical equipment.
• Level 3 electrical qualification and 18th edition.
• Clean UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel between multiple sites.
