Job summary

Calibre Search has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management company in Derby and surrounding areas. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant at multiple retail sites, with duties including PPMs, paperwork, and KPI adherence.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations/maintenance and the 18th edition, with a recognised apprenticeship equivalent, and are prepared to

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations/maintenance.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Recognised apprenticeship equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with major and minor maintenance tasks.
• Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repairs on time.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and serviceable for tasks.
• May attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work as required.
• Maintain quality standards and contribute to professional client relationships.
• Reflect KPI requirements and provide live updates in the Mercury system.
