Job Opportunity: Maintenance Electrician at Beannchor

Beannchor, one of Northern Ireland's largest hospitality companies, including properties such as The Merchant Hotel and various licensed venues across Northern Ireland, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all aspects of maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and other trades necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our hotels and licensed properties.
  2. Work as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
Salary:

£35,535 per annum.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified, time-served Electrician.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years).
  • Ideally, experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and department heads.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willing to work one weekend every 4 weeks.
  • Must be over 25 years old and hold a full UK driving license (for insurance purposes).
