Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new position on a dayshift with a renowned Steel and Aluminium Specialist Company based in Wolverhampton?

Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE)

Main Role Duties / Scope:

1. Carry out routine functional testing of safety systems such as Fire Alarms, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hoses, and Emergency Lighting.
2. Carry out routine maintenance checks on site-specific plant and equipment such as Presses, Conveyors.
3. Perform general repairs and maintenance to buildings and facilities as required.
4. Undertake plant and equipment installation, including electrical and basic pipe fitting.
5. Use safe systems of work to prevent injury and damage to plant, machinery, and equipment.
6. Complete records required for health, safety, and environmental purposes.
7. Maintain the relevant maintenance stores inventory.
8. Log work completed on the maintenance system.
9. Undertake training as required to fulfill role effectively.

Person Specification / Required Skills:

Be qualified as an Electrical or Mechanical Apprentice or have a relevant Engineering Qualification.

Minimum 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulation qualification.
