About The Role:

Join our Technical Services mobile team on a major retail contract, with opportunities to support other commercial and residential contracts within our expanding division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage contractor duties, including monitoring workmanship to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
  • Work safely at all times, complying with health and safety legislation.
  • Contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the contract, supporting overall service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of an integrated approach for all contracted services, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality work.
  • Provide callout responses as per the rota, approximately once every four weeks.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Relevant certifications: Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
  • Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Ability to operate electronic handheld devices.
  • Basic IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
