Job summary

PRS is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to service a commercial estate in Leeds. The role involves completing electrical PPM and reactive works, repairing and maintaining building services, and coordinating with mechanical teams to meet SLA requirements.

You will have an apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and a valid driving license. This temporary ongoing position offers a basic salary circa £40,000–£42,000 plus standard hours.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent electrical training.
• NVQ Level 3 Grade.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Experience of maintenance - PPM and reactive works.
• Ideally to have good multi skilled experience.
• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical works on building services systems and plant room.
• To repair and maintain electrical systems.
• To work electrical projects and to assess all electrical plans and installations.
• To carry out electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.
• To ensure that all critical works is completed at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA's.
• Ensure H&S, RAMS and H&S documentation are correct.
• Working on commercial grade facilities.
• To overlap with mechanical and general plant room teams where required plus compliance checks.

Salary: Based off Basic circa £40,000 - £42,000 Mon-Fri 40 hours (£21.00/hr hourly rate PAYE)
