One of our clients is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work on a contract in the Leyton area on a subcontract basis.
Pay will start at £280 day rate with parking included.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Role:
- Fitting smoke alarms, CO alarms, heat alarms, electric panel heaters.
- Carrying out EICR tests.
- Installing new fuse boxes, bathroom & kitchen fans, sockets & switches, lights in domestic properties & fittings, commercial building lights in hallways, staircases, car parks, storage cupboards, and lockable sockets.
- Fault finding, testing, and inspecting in domestic properties.
Qualifications:
- Test and Inspect 2391.
- 18th edition.
- NVQ 3.
- Gold card (if possible).
- CSCS.
- Asbestos.
