Overview

Our client is a trusted housing maintenance contractor, providing high-quality property services across the West of Scotland, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained homes for residents.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works across both occupied and void properties across Glasgow and the West, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard and in line with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks across a portfolio of housing properties.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in domestic properties.
  • Undertake testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and electrical regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed using company systems.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Proven experience in domestic property maintenance, ideally within social housing.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
