Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Beannchor, one of Northern Ireland's largest hospitality companies, including properties such as The Merchant Hotel and various licensed venues across Northern Ireland, is seeking to fill the following vacancy:

Role Overview:

The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for:

1. All aspects of maintenance, including electrical and plumbing work, as well as other trades necessary to maintain hotel and licensed property operations.
2. Working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

Salary:

£35,535

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified, time-served Electrician.
2. Proven experience in a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years).
3. Ideally experience within the hospitality sector.
4. Good IT skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Problem-solving abilities and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
8. Ability to liaise effectively with contractors, maintenance staff, and department heads.
9. Resourcefulness and self-motivation.
10. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
11. Availability to work one weekend every 4 weeks.
12. Must be over 25 years old and hold a full UK driving license (for insurance purposes).
