The Seattle Times, a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our Print Operations team in Kent, WA. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be called on to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the manufacturing equipment and industrial control support systems in our printing facility. Ideally, you take direction well and have hands-on experience in a similar capacity. All tools, including test equipment, will be provided.
Schedule: You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The scheduled shift for this position will likely run from 4:30pm to 1:00am Tuesday through Saturday. The final schedule will be dependent on shift pick priority and the actual days of the week are to be determined but will include weekend days.

Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $40.00 to $44.50 per hour. New hires typically start at $40.00 per hour. A swing shift differential pay of $2.00 per hour may be applicable depending on the hours worked.
