Overview

Position: Resident Maintenance Electrician
Location: Dewsbury, Yorkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: £37,800 plus £195 standby payment and OT
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Wakefield / Dewsbury covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to electrical systems.
• Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting.
• Controls and BMS maintenance.
• Basic plumbing maintenance.
• AHU/fan coil upkeep.
• Fabric duties.
• Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temperatures.
• Small works installation.
• Emergency repairs.
• All ad-hoc maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2).
• Ideally 18th edition.
• Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
• Excellent client facing skills.
