Overview

Position: Resident Maintenance Electrician

Location: Dewsbury, Yorkshire

Type: Permanent

Salary: £37,800 plus £195 standby payment and OT

We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Wakefield / Dewsbury covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate.

The role is working on three rotating shifts:

06:00 - 14:00
08:00 - 16:00
12:00 - 20:00

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to Electrical systems
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Lighting and emergency lighting
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Controls and BMS
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Basic Plumbing maintenance
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: AHU/fan coil upkeep
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Fabric duties
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Small works installation
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: Emergency repairs
• Maintenance Electrician Duties: All ad-hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements

• A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
• Ideally 18th edition
• Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Excellent client facing skills
