Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Location: Cambridge - Covering a Commercial Portfolio across East Anglia & Essex

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management company, covering a commercial portfolio across East Anglia and Essex. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and long-term career progression within a reputable company.

The Role:

1. Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a variety of commercial properties
2. Fault finding, testing, and general electrical repairs
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Liaising with clients and ensuring high standards of service delivery
5. Attending emergency call-outs when required

Requirements:

1. Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
3. 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable but not essential)
4. Previous experience in commercial maintenance
5. Full UK driving licence
