  4. Bolstering the integration of new equipment and technology on site
  5. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety

  • A proactive approach to preventative maintenance/asset care and a logical approach to fault finding diagnostics
  • Willingness to learn and embrace Health & Safety and Quality standards
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player
  • Good communication skills, engaging and inquisitive
  • Prepared to work 12-hour shifts in a factory environment, which can be physically and mentally challenging
  • Able to cope with lots of days off! We work 4 on and 4 off, so you will only work half the year, plus 21 days holiday

It would also be useful if you have experience in:

  • Food, Pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries
  • RCM, FMEA methods and improvements
  • Advanced Fault Finding and Root Cause analysis, multi-disciplinary capability
  • Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs

  • Life insurance
  • Healthcare cashback plan
  • Cycle to work scheme and free onsite parking
