You should be confident in dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team, understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and be able to work efficiently and energetically.

In our fast-paced, high-energy environment, you'll assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and building conditions. You'll coordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are completed with minimal disruption. As a supportive team member, you'll demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards inside and outside the restaurant.
