Job description

The Estates Department provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation services for buildings, grounds, engineering services, and associated equipment throughout the Trust.

Requirements:

• Served a recognised Mechanical or Building Services apprenticeship.
• Gained extensive experience in building engineering services and plant maintenance.
• Hold a BTEC HNC level, City and Guilds, or equivalent post-apprenticeship training.
• Possess a current UK (manual) driving licence and reside within half an hour's travel for on-call duties.

Working hours and benefits:

• Monday – Friday with participation in an emergency on-call rota.
• Opportunities for overtime and weekend working.
• Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 pa plus local RRP (£3,277 pa), with an approximate £1,000 pa on-call retainer, overtime, 27 days holiday, and a voluntary pension scheme.
