A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Special Projects and Sustainability teams. The successful candidate will manage communications, oversee repairs and maintenance cases, and collaborate with various departments. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of maintenance processes. Competitive salary and benefits are included in this full-time role.

Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2026, Full Time, 35 hours
Salary: £30,455 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 (Regional salary)
Grade: 5
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile (20 – 40% office)

Join our Special Projects and Sustainability Team at L&Q:
L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to Special projects and Sustainability teams, typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referrals.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
