A leading housing association is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support their Special Projects and Sustainability teams. This full-time role involves managing repairs, administrative tasks, and collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates should have strong administrative and communication skills, with a background in repairs and maintenance. Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2026, Full Time, 35 hours
Salary: £30,455 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 (Regional salary)
Grade: 5
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile (20 - 40% office)

L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to Special projects and Sustainability teams, typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referrals.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
