Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to ensure a safe and smooth-running environment for residents and team members at our Northampton location. In this role, you will resolve maintenance concerns, supervise a team, and engage with contractors. Our ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. As a Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members, ensuring the smooth running of the facilities and maintaining a good standard of general upkeep for the building. You will be responsible for resolving any home maintenance concerns promptly, engaging with approved contractors, and covering all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building. Additionally, you may have direct line management of a Maintenance Assistant, which includes day-to-day supervision, objective setting, annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management, and holiday authorization.
