As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all maintenance requests and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations. You’ll work closely with a driven and ambitious team, supporting the day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities and fostering strong relationships with contractors and tenants.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role due to the company’s ongoing growth and positive trajectory.
