Job Purpose: To give first line telephone response to various AV contracts. Reporting to: Operations Manager
First line telephone response for AV Maintenance, offering a first class helpdesk support and managing a varying number of calls in any one day. Focus is to solve the problem or gain the maximum amount of information to pass to the field engineer, this will enable to Engineer to have the information needed to complete the service or repair.
