Job description

Join a leading mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience in the commercial sector. Based in Bristol, the company offers growth opportunities for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Duties:
  • Manage tasks and report to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Prioritise client needs and promptly address inquiries.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and escalate issues within 24 hours.
  • Schedule maintenance visits and oversee repair work from order to completion.
  • Issue reports, raise permits, and manage emergency requests.
  • Review and send quotes, assisting with client queries.
  • Collaborate on team diary management and cover for absences.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, escalating urgent matters.
  • Complete additional tasks during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role and within a construction environment.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player.
  • Experience in a company with a specialist within HVAC.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
