Maintenance Contracts Manager

About the role

We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our response maintenance contracts and develop Clanmil’s in-house repairs service to ensure it delivers high performance and is motivated to provide customer-focused services to our tenants.

About you

We’re seeking a property professional with a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) and a strong track record in asset management, staff supervision, and delivering responsive repair services. You’ll bring hands-on experience managing budgets, contracts (including NEC3 or similar), and compliance within a housing or similar environment. Knowledge of public procurement regulations, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the social housing sector are highly desirable.
