Location: Peterborough, North of Peterborough, or York
Salary: £29,000 basic + benefits package
Full-time | Permanent

Are you a multi-skilled technician with a passion for building, maintenance, and high-quality workmanship? An exciting opportunity awaits to join a growing, fast-paced property services team working across residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the North of England.
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance & Construction General Technician who’s ready to hit the ground running and contribute to a collaborative, skilled trades team shaping the future of property maintenance and development.

What You'll Do

• Deliver general maintenance and construction works across various properties
• Undertake a broad range of tasks including carpentry, electrical, and painting & decorating works
• Support site set-ups and assist with small-scale project works as needed
• Communicate effectively with site managers, other trades, and tenants to ensure work is completed to high standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and report on task progress, material usage, and issues
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and company policies
• Represent the team with professionalism and pride, delivering outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For
Requirements:

• Experience in general building works and property maintenance
• Proven skills in carpentry, electrical work, and painting & decorating
• Hands-on project delivery and small works management
• Confident using IT tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
• A strong, customer-focused approach with a can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
