Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants.
  • Liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule repairs or maintenance.
  • Preparing job sheets and allocating work to the maintenance team.
  • Logging details of all calls managed and updating the database.
  • Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Checking with tenants after work completion to ensure satisfaction.

This is a great role for a hardworking Maintenance Co-ordinator within an expanding local organisation where you will have the opportunity to make a really valuable contribution to the Company’s continuing success.

  • Co-ordinating maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants
  • Liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule the repair or maintenance of properties
  • Preparing job sheets, allocating work to the maintenance team and allocating work on the schedule
  • Logging details of all calls managed on the computer system and updating database when required
  • Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs being completed from instigation through to completion
  • Checking with tenants once work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the service provided
