A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-growing FM Service provider, currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well-respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a temporary to permanent position. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Offers excellent opportunities for career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Carry out general building repair and maintenance.
2. Changing locks, door closures, and other door furniture.
3. PPM and reactive maintenance (Carpentry Bias).
4. Apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards.
5. Ensure health and safety standards of sites are met according to regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience working within general building and maintenance repairs.
• Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance, Carpentry & Joinery.
• Excellent client-facing skills are essential.
