Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY and housekeeping.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with good IT skills (Word/email).

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities to high standards to ensure residents live in a safe, comfortable environment.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and procedures across homes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team to prioritise tasks and maintain a supportive work environment.
