Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to help keep our homes safe and welcoming for residents. You’ll apply maintenance, building, DIY and housekeeping experience to uphold top facility standards and support health and safety compliance. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential.

What We're Looking For:
  • Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills, coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude to tackle tasks both big and small.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding compliance standards to ensure the safety of our residents and team members.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • IT Proficiency: Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email, to support administrative tasks and communication effectively.
