Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our Hendon home functional and beautifully maintained. You will handle maintenance tasks, provide preventative care advice, and ensure all safety and maintenance records are up to date.

The role includes PAT testing responsibilities and requires CSCS certification, a valid driving license, and basic computer skills. The position is on-site with full-time shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role at Signature

As our Maintenance Assistant, you’ll be the safe pair of hands we rely on to maintain, repair and improve our home. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to carry out maintenance requests, and you’ll be able to offer advice on preventative maintenance measures and improvements. You’ll be responsible for PAT testing electrical equipment, and ensuring all maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
