Maintenance Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: Up to £13.40 per Hour plus generous company benefits, training & development / 40 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and managing the maintenance team. Your goal is to complete jobs efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay.

Key responsibilities include proactively completing daily tasks, following preventative maintenance schedules, and paying attention to detail. You should be able to work to deadlines, liaise confidently with contractors, and prioritize health and safety. Organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Experience in a maintenance role within a quality hotel environment is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
