Job Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, facilities upkeep, and managing the maintenance team.
- Ensure maintenance jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations.
- Proactively complete daily job lists and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
- Work to deadlines, liaise confidently with contractors, and prioritize health and safety.
- Organize tasks, communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a maintenance role within a quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial.
