Join Potters Bar Clinic in Potters Bar as a Maintenance Assistant/Driver, helping to create a well-presented and safe environment for vulnerable people. You will maintain facilities, perform garden tasks, and coordinate with contractors to ensure upkeep. A full UK driving licence is mandatory.

The role includes an on-call rota for emergencies and opportunities for training and career progression. The team supports a CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure service for youths and adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good DIY skills to ensure safety of residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service buildings, facilities and equipment to ensure fit for purpose.
• Liaise with contractors and support on-site maintenance tasks.
• Assist in regular checks and on-call maintenance duties.
• Ensure safety of residents and staff through maintained environments.
