You will proactively complete daily tasks and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. The role requires working to deadlines, liaising confidently with contractors, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Good organizational and communication skills, along with experience in a similar hotel maintenance environment, are required. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety regulations is beneficial.
