Maintenance Assistant, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: £13.52 pH, 40 hours a week, including generous company benefits, training & development

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and managing the maintenance team. You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations. Responsibilities include completing daily job lists with attention to detail, liaising with contractors, and prioritizing health and safety. Candidates should be organized, communicative, hands-on, and detail-oriented. Experience in a similar hotel maintenance department is required; knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial.
