Maintenance Assistant, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: £13.52 p/h, 40 hours a week, including Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and managing the maintenance team. Your role is to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay. You will need to complete the daily job list with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, liaising with contractors, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, hands-on, and attentive to detail. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
