Part-time Maintenance Assistant (22 hours per week)

Join our vibrant team at Hydon Hill and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people!

Our service, located in beautiful rural Godalming, Surrey, actively involves its users in their local community, where they participate in a wide range of activities using local resources.

As a Maintenance Assistant with Leonard Cheshire, you will play a key role in assisting with the upkeep of the premises (internally and externally), undertaking routine maintenance and repair work to meet health and safety standards. Your duties will include decorating, furniture removal, and general repairs to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the care home.

You Will

• Have relevant previous experience.
• Understand the principles of workplace safety.
• Be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service.
• Perform physical tasks required by the job.
