About the role
We have a unique opportunity in a cohesive and dynamic team fora driven self starter with maintenance experience to demonstratetheir passion for service delivery, supporting the Maintenance Leadin providing safe and efficient maintenance services acrossMercyCare facilities, with the role based primarily in Wembley butpotential work across our Maddington site. This role would bepermanent full time position.
You will assist with the maintenance of buildings and equipmentunder the direction of the Lead, scheduling maintenance tasks to ahigh standard, with safety front of mind in all activitiesyou’re involved in. You will manage reactive maintenancewithin your remit and approved capabilities in a timely way,support external trades people in undertaking on site repairs, andmaintaining clinical equipment such as wheelchairs and beds, and adhoc repairs to company property as and when required to ensureoverall upkeep is efficient and timely.
About you
With a strong attention to detail and a personable andcollaborative approach, the successful individual will be flexible,energised, organised and ‘hands on’, taking guidancewhere needed and working positively with their immediate team andbroader work groups to get the job done, with safety and quality atthe forefront!
Your resilience and ‘can do’ approach will see youto success in this role as will your demonstrated experience in aprevious similar handyperson or maintenance trade assistantrole.
