Responsibilities:

• Handle building and maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work based on your skills.
• Maintain grounds, fencing, slabs, turf, and flower beds.
• Provide excellent guest service, resolving queries and minimizing disruptions.
• Keep outdoor areas safe, clean, and report issues promptly.
• Manage gas bottle checks, changes, and deliveries.
