A leading healthcare facilities provider is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Newhaven. This full-time position involves delivering routine maintenance services and ensuring compliance with safety standards across NHS premises. Candidates should have experience in building maintenance and a valid UK driving licence. The key function is to support NHS Property Services in delivering basic/routine planned building services maintenance and repairs across the NHS premises to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for all visitors, customers, and employees.

We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant. This will be to join our team based in Newhaven - Newhaven Rehabilitation Centre. This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The starting salary is from £24,000 (depending on experience). This is a mobile role covering Newhaven & Eastbourne.
