Responsibilities

• Work in a two-person team assisting in maintaining, repairing and cleaning shop fronts at client sites.
• Log jobs remotely via client portals, ensure all work meets safety standards, and liaise with the operations team to plan efficient schedules.
• Travel, early starts, late finishes, night work and occasional overnight stays (overnight rates apply).

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (both team members must be able to drive)
• Comfortable working at height and physically fit for manual handling
• Able to pass a clean Basic DBS check
• Experienced in transferable trades (e.g. handyman, sign fitter, shop fitter, shutter fitter, general builder)
• Confident using hand tools and logging hours accurately
• Comfortable using tablets and updating client portals (training provided)

Desirable (training provided)

• Experience in maintenance, construction or signage
• Knowledge of H&S, ladder use or electrical safety
