As a Maintenance Assistant at Rockwater, you will support the Maintenance Manager in the overall maintenance of our venues.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures.
2. Maintain exterior furniture and building.
3. Ensure bins are in good condition and functioning properly.
4. Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs under supervision.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established procedures and protocols.
7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues or hazards.
8. Support senior maintenance staff in conducting preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
9. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or machinery as directed.
10. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.
