We\'re working with a well-established facilities management company that oversees university accommodation in Clapham. They\'re currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who\'s hands-on, dependable, and happy to support with a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks.

Salary & Benefits

• £13.21 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
• Overtime available
• Great working environment within student accommodation

Duties

• Replacing electrical equipment such as hobs, ovens, and extractor fans
• Applying and replacing mastic and silicone in kitchens and showers
• Repairing vinyl flooring
• Fixing shelving and furniture as needed
