A leading educational institution is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to assist with various site facilities tasks. The role includes ensuring security and cleanliness, performing routine maintenance, and covering out-of-hours lettings in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude and a willingness to work under supervision.
Core Purposes:
Assist in maintaining and developing all school site facilities to meet the statutory, educational and operational requirements of the school.
The post holder will need to work as part of a maintenance team, under the supervision of a manger to:
• Contribute to the operation of the school;
• Be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities including security, cleanliness, internal deliveries, routine maintenance, decorating and refurbishment, minor repairs and pre-planned maintenance programmes;
• Cover out of hours and weekend lettings as part of a 4 week rota.
