Maintenance Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.50 per hour, 40-hour contract, with generous company benefits, training, and development opportunities.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, ensuring facilities are well-kept, and managing the maintenance team. Your role is to complete jobs efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay.

You will proactively handle daily tasks and preventative maintenance with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must work to deadlines, liaise confidently with contractors, and prioritize health and safety. Organisation, communication skills, and experience in a similar hotel maintenance department are essential. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
