Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Qualifications or exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing.
• Understanding of fire safety, carpentry, and health and safety.

Salary: OTE £13.31 per hour, including tronc.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated maintenance team.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will work as part of a small team, maintaining the functionality, efficiency, health, and safety of the hotel. Managing preventative maintenance and understanding fire safety are key responsibilities.

You should be 'hands-on' with a ‘can do’ attitude. Responsibilities include basic repairs of facilities and equipment, painting and decorating, and assisting the Maintenance Manager with renovations and projects.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with qualifications or exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.
