The Role:

• Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent guest and member experience
• Following all health and safety, hygiene, and electrical regulations during repairs
• Responding promptly to all enquiries
• Performing maintenance repairs while wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable
• Following planned preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives
• Following COSHH regulations, especially in the storage of hazardous substances
• Attending additional training relevant to the role
