The Role:
- Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent guest and member experience
- Following all health and safety, hygiene, and electrical regulations during repairs
- Responding promptly to all enquiries
- Performing maintenance repairs while wearing appropriate PPE
- Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable
- Following planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
- Implementing energy conservation initiatives
- Following COSHH regulations, especially in the storage of hazardous substances
- Attending additional training relevant to the role
