Maintenance Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for a client based in Cardiff city centre on a temporary assignment.

Location: Cardiff City Centre

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Undertaking general maintenance work within student accommodation ensuring the work is completed to a high standard. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Painting accommodation/reception rooms
2. Fixing and assembling any new furniture
3. Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy, and hazard-free.

Skills and experience required:

1. Relevant experience in providing building services repair and maintenance.
2. Good communicator
3. A good team player
4. Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision.
